Sam arrived to us needing a lot of tlc and veterinarian treatment. She was initially treated at White lodge Vets who contacting our centre to help rehome her. Sam has been placed in a loving foster home while she recuperates and is doing extremely well. She is ready to find her forever home.
Dog Friendly: Sam is in a foster home with another dog and they are getting on really well. We believe she could live with another dog pending suitable meet and greets here at the centre.
Cat Friendly: We have not seen him with cats at all.
Small Animal Friendly: ? Can’t assess this at the centre
Has been around Children: ? We haven’t been able to assess this but we believe she could live with children of 8 years and older pending suitable meet and greets here at the centre.
Crate Trained: She has not done any specific crate training but likes to go into her foster brothers crate so feel she could be crate trained.
How long can the dog be left without issue: She has not been left for long periods due to her recovery. When left she has not shown any signs of stress.
How do they walk on lead: Sam has not been allowed on long walks as she is still recuperating but as she starts to heal she is eager to explore, she has been on short lead walks and walks very well.
Any reactive behaviour seen: We have not seen any reactive behaviour. She is very sweet, calm and loving. We are so proud of how brave she has been.
What are they fed: A mixture of wet and dry food twice a day with a lunchtime enrichment.
