Connie is a gorgeous girl who has recently arrived here at the Centre with her sister, Honey in search of her forever home. She has a wonderful personality and loves going out with the team exploring the outdoors and finding new smells or treats. She can be a little timid and gains confidence from other dogs, so we are looking for an owner who has a dog already in the home.
Dog Friendly: Connie does enjoy the company of other dogs that she has met here and loves to have a play and we will continue to introduce her to other dogs in order to maintain this socialisation.
Cat Friendly: We are unsure on how Connie would be around a cat.
Has been around Children: Connie could potentially live with older children pending successful meets at the Centre first.
Crate Trained: We are unsure if Connie has ever been in a crate and we have not done any crate training here but if we do, we will be sure to update any potential adopters.
How long can the dog be left without issue: We are unsure as she has always had another dog, but she does love the company of her sister, Honey.
How do they walk on lead: Connie is more confident than Honey and has been doing very well so far but still assessing as she has not been here for very long.
Any reactive behaviour seen: None so far – she is really sweet towards all the staff at the Centre.
What are they fed: Mixture of wet and dry food twice a day with a lunchtime enrichment snack.
