Name: Sarah
Breed: Labrador
Age: Between 1 – 2 years of age (unsure due to being a stray)
Dog Friendly: Sarah arrived with 2 other dogs, Winifred and Mary. Sarah has walked passed dogs here at the centre in close proximity and has not been bothered but we still need to do further assessments.
Cat Friendly: ? Not yet been assessed
Small Animal Friendly: ? Can’t assess this at the centre but we believe she is a potential working dog so we are advising she doesn’t live with any small animals.
Has been around Children: Not able to test this and we don’t know any of her background prior to rescue but she is a lovely girl that has settled in very well so far. She can be quite bouncy at times due to her young age. She could potentially live with children of 10+ years pending suitable meet and greets at the centre.
Crate Trained: Not yet been completed, needs assessing but we will update any potential adopters
How long can the dog be left without issue: Was quite worried in the kennel but was sharing Winifred and Mary at the time. She will need a settling in process of building her up to be left on her own.
How do they walk on lead: Sarah does walk very well on the lead. She was initially nervous of a lead before but seems to be growing in confidence and is doing very well.
Any reactive behaviour seen: No reactive behaviour seen currently.
What are they fed: Mixture of wet and dry food three times a day.
Weight (kg): Currently weighs 23kg
Height (floor to shoulders): Not yet been measured
