Name: Gunner
Breed: Old Tyme Bulldog
Age: 13/05/2017
Gunner is a lovely, sweet soul who has made his way to us in search of his forever home through RSPCA South East Branch after being in 6 different homes prior to Rescue. Gunner is trained in a lot of aspects and just needs a stable home for the rest of his life now.
Dog Friendly: We are currently assessing Gunner here at the Welfare but previous feedback states that he is relatively dog sociable. He does not enjoy the presence of German Shepherds or smaller dogs that bark.
Cat Friendly: Gunner does chase cats so will need a home with no other cats.
Has been around Children: We can’t test Gunner here with children but previous information is said that he is good around children but prefers them not to be in his own space when is relaxing. He could potentially live with children of 10+ years.
How long can the dog be left without issue: We have been made aware that Gunner seems to be fine to be left at home on his own for a few hours but he requires a treat when you come home, bless him!
How do they walk on lead: We are currently assessing Gunner’s training on lead but we understand his recall does seem to be good.
Any reactive behaviour seen: None seen whilst at the Centre.
What are they fed: Mixture of dry complete, meat and water twice a day
Weight: 36kg
